Crayon recognized as the winner of the 2025 Microsoft Malaysia Partner of the Year Award

For 25 years, Infosoft has been supporting Philippine companies with technology solutions and digital transformation. In 2002, the IT company launched Acceltech, a division focused on helping clients implement, manage, and maximize their Microsoft Dynamics platforms.

“At the time, our biggest challenge was transitioning a large customer base to Dynamics 365 Business Central SaaS,” recalls Ivy Tarrobago, Managing Director of Acceltech, noting that it could sometimes be difficult to approach vendors directly and get timely information or tech support.
Crayon stepped in to change that dynamic. Acceltech acquired more than just a distributor; it gained an invested partner that provided training and guidance, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
“Crayon helped us navigate the complexity of the Microsoft world,” Ivy says.
She recalls a memorable example of Crayon’s impact, when Acceltech was pursuing a deal with one of the largest hospitals in the Philippines. The potential client had a technical requirement Acceltech was still building the skillset for. Ivy reached out to their Crayon Key Account Manager, who quickly brought in the right SharePoint resources during pre-sales. That expertise helped Acceltech move the deal forward without incurring extra costs at a critical stage.

The company’s partnership with Crayon is not just built on expert knowledge and enablement, but also on trust and relationship-building.
Consistently working with their account manager for many years in the IT industry, Ivy says beginning the partner-client relationship felt like working with an old friend. “She’s very supportive, always following through with prompt and accurate information,” Ivy adds. “Whenever we need answers, she’s there.”
That reliability has made a significant impact on delivering value to clients. Dynamic support from Crayon keeps momentum strong, making it faster and smoother to close deals. At the same time, Cloud-iQ, Crayon’s software and cloud management platform, simplifies account monitoring and renewals for Acceltech’s finance team.
Acceltech continues to serve a customer base across Dynamics SL, GP, NAV, and 365 Business Central, which forms part of Infosoft’s nearly 200 clients in the Philippines. As Infosoft sets its sights on expanding into APAC and eventually the global market, Crayon is committed to standing alongside Acceltech every step of the way.
