When it comes to modern productivity, there’s no shortage of tools promising partners rich revenue fields and transformative results for their customers. Yet, turning potential into progress takes more than technology. It takes a hands-on approach that brings clarity and confidence first to the partner, and then a commitment to stay on side to help commute that confidence through to customers.
For Lanter Technologies, the potential in Microsoft Copilot was clear but the extra tailwind provided by Crayon really helped the business to take flight on customer opportunities.
For Constantine, the biggest barrier isn’t customers learning to use Copilot, it’s knowing what problems to solve with it. “The main challenge is businesses actually understanding what Copilot can bring to their organisation,” he explains. “A lot of the time, the real obstacle is identifying the inefficiencies they’re experiencing and how Copilot can help fix them.”
