Warren, Jenni and Samantha explore the ever-present pressure on partners to keep pace with new and emerging platforms and products, recruiting and retaining talent and building unique value propositions.

According to Jenni and Warren, it all starts with culture. Creating a culture of continuous learning and innovation is vital. The way things have always been done can be the enemy of survival in business, and its vital that partners also leverage technology effectively within their own businesses. Jenni Powell offered some specifics around how automation and unified tech stacks have helped Both Brains to grow.

Dr. Sweeney and Samantha unpack some of Crayon’s research findings into how high-performance partners position on value, rather than price. There’s also a compelling example of how one partner took their business from treading water to a 3x EBITDA growth outcome in just over 12 months. It’s a compelling example of how high- performance leaders respond to existential crisis in their business.
