Running a fast-growing pharmaceutical manufacturing business is no small feat. Just ask Matthew Gajda, CEO of NaturaTech, a TGA-listed facility in Australia that has quickly become the go-to partner for start-ups looking to bring their products to market.

Enter Australian-based Dynamics Square, a leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner in the Crayon ecosystem. With their expertise and guidance, NaturaTech made the leap to an integrated cloud ERP platform with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Using Business Central meant NaturaTech could consolidate finance, operations, sales, purchasing, and manufacturing into one solution. With Copilot built in, the system immediately started working harder for the team.

Instead of painstaking manual reporting, NaturaTech was able to use Copilot to automatically draft summaries, compile order profitability statistics, and help the team keep quotations accurate and timely. The real-time visibility provided by the new solution empowers NaturaTech with the confidence to compete more aggressively on pricing, without the risk of eroding margins.
