Microsoft 365 Copilot Business: SMB offers and opportunities.
From July 1, Microsoft's new SMB Copilot pricing creates a bigger partner opportunity. Here's what's changed and how to turn it into more sales.
Crayon, a SoftwareOne company, and global leader in IT services and innovation, is proud to share that Warren Nolan, Senior Vice President of Channel and Strategy for APAC, and Harith Ramotheram, Chief Executive Officer for Malaysia and Indonesia, have been named in the 2026 edition of the CRN Asia Channel Leaders Asia list.
Now in its second year, the recognition highlights vendor and distribution executives who continue to shape Asia’s channel through strong leadership and clear strategic direction.
Warren is recognized for his long track record in driving partner-led growth in the region and for championing a value-focused approach to the channel. With more than 25 years of experience, he has helped partners grow through clear shared goals, disciplined risk management, and a strong focus on long-term profitability. He believes effective partnerships start with understanding what partners want to achieve before discussing products or sales, and he supports their direction rather than steering it. In price-driven markets, he has helped shift conversations toward business value, while remaining active in industry discussions and sharing informed views on channel trends.
Harith is honored for his people-first leadership and focus on partner growth in Malaysia and Indonesia. With more than 20 years of experience in cloud, digital platforms, and enterprise solutions, he has helped partners and customers stay competitive in a fast-changing market. He works closely with partners to broaden their capabilities, simplify transactions, and support the adoption of new technologies. Under his leadership, the Crayon Malaysia team delivered 200% growth in Annual Recurring Revenue, driven by steady channel expansion.
This year, CRN Asia recognized 34 leaders from across the region, spanning India, Japan, Southeast Asia, and Australia. The list reflects the breadth of the channel, from cloud and cybersecurity to data, AI, and managed services. Following major acquisitions and changes in partner programs, the 2026 honorees have played a key role in guiding teams through market shifts and new technology cycles.
