New reporting features for greater control
The next evolution of Cloud-iQ introduces new reporting capabilities to give you a competitive edge. These additions improve customer management, so you’ll have the clarity and tools to anticipate their needs and provide better service.
- Generate reports that fit your needs. You can now generate reports that analyse usage trends, licence allocation, and subscription renewals in greater detail. These insights help you make data-driven decisions to optimise resource allocation and cost efficiency.
To generate a report, go to the Insights tab, select the desired metrics, and customise the report layout to focus on key performance indicators
- Export reports with ease. Export reports in Excel or CSV formats to easily share insights with your team or integrate data into other systems for a deeper analysis. For example, you can generate a monthly subscription usage summary to identify trends and optimise resources.
- Automate report-sharing. Use the report-sharing feature to automatically send hosted reports to team members or clients, enabling them to track usage, licences, and subscriptions effortlessly.
To set this up, go to the Reports section, select the desired filters, and schedule automated email deliveries.
