From July 1, Microsoft's new SMB Copilot pricing creates a bigger partner opportunity. Here's what's changed and how to turn it into more sales.
We are now consolidating these systems into a robust, unified solution that will enable us to allocate resources more efficiently.
Currently, Crayon’s channel partners are using two different procurement, management, and billing platforms: PRISM and Cloud-iQ.
We can then concentrate on maintaining and enhancing a single platform that’s both feature-rich and future-proof – one that will continuously evolve alongside our business and yours.
All PRISM users will be migrated to the revamped platform, a comprehensive Cloud-iQ redesign we are launching in 2025. This new version combines the best of both platforms to provide a modernised and more efficient user experience.
In the next generation of Cloud-iQ, you will gain enhanced functionalities that simplify procurement and billing, expand vendor availability, and provide valuable analytics.
Feedback from both Cloud-iQ and PRISM users has guided us in rebuilding Cloud-iQ from the ground up. Our modernisation efforts address your challenges and amplify the features you value. Additionally, we carefully tailored the new experience to be familiar enough to PRISM users so you will not have to start from scratch.

Your needs and concerns are our priority, and we are working hard to make the migration to the next generation of Cloud-iQ as seamless as possible.

The migration from PRISM to Cloud-iQ Next Gen will take place throughout 2025. Timelines will vary per country. You will have a Crayon team supporting you through the transition.

Yes, you will need to set up your login credentials and multi-factor authentication (MFA) in Cloud-iQ Next Gen.
Yes. You will go through an onboarding process for Cloud-iQ Next Gen.
We aim to minimise operational downtime during the migration. However, this may be dependent on specific vendors and programs. If you encounter any issues, you may contact your Account Manager or create a support ticket for Cloud-iQ.
After completing the migration of all partners to Cloud-iQ Next Gen, we will be closing the PRISM platform. We are confident that the upgraded version of Cloud-iQ will meet your cloud management needs.
