Microsoft 365 Copilot

Microsoft Copilot combines the power of large language models with an organisation’s data in Microsoft 365 apps, and the general knowledge out on the internet.

Next-generation AI is here

Simple.

The simplicity of natural language makes it easier and faster to use Copilot as an AI assistant for tasks within Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

Effective.

With the right setup and governance, Copilot offers businesses a secure, efficient way to leverage data platforms, protect sensitive information, and optimise data utilisation to support operational and productivity improvements.

Innovation.

The power of Microsoft 365 Copilot goes far beyond making easy work of traditional tasks. Robust AI integration, advanced customisation and extensibility features allow its capabilities to be extended to meet specific and unique business needs.

A new frontier for partner growth

Copilot can drive quantum gains from existing Microsoft investments. Businesses will look to their IT partners for guidance. Crayon ensures you’re ready to respond.

For CSP partners, Copilot serves as a pathway to explore new commercial service offerings. There is significant opportunity for partners to provide immediate value through tailored implementation, training and change management services.

Some customers may be ready to license immediately. Others will need their partners to guide the groundwork for successful adoption and use of Copilot for Microsoft 365.

Considerations include:

preparing customer technology and data environments
rethinking business processes for automation with Copilot
cybersecurity, privacy and data access considerations
framing the governance and compliance requirements
strategic and technical advisory for partner solution and service development
