Raising the bar on program benefits
Cytrack is a mature independent software vendor (ISV) offering next-generation cloud telephony solutions for both enterprises and small-to-medium businesses. While the Microsoft Marketplace is an invaluable resource, maximising its benefits requires thoughtful planning and strategy to achieve flexibility and success for both partners and customers. As founder Nick Milan notes, for many of Microsoft’s programs, “the bar is quite high” to realise the full benefits of participation.

Cytrack’s also gained fast-track access to Crayon’s technical community, which played a key role in optimising their Azure environment for performance and cost efficiency – at scale. Crayon’s deep understanding of Microsoft ISV programs and incentives enabled Cytrack to identify additional funding sources that could offset investments in Azure project expansions.
