Yes, any organisation can sign up to be a Swoosh Partner and use the application MarketPlace and licensing engine built into the platform.
The easiest way to do this is to log into Crayon PRISIM and click on Swoosh. As a Crayon reseller you will automatically then be connected to Swoosh, ready to deploy the MarketPlace and licensing engine for your clients.
Yes. As a licensing engine, Swoosh provides full management of applications deployed from the Swoosh MarketPlace, including communication, renewals and upgrades. It’s easy to find your license details on Swoosh where all your customer licensing is shown securely.
Swoosh will also allow you, as a Crayon reseller, to manually add licensing entries for any software or service so both your customers and yourself are kept up to date when renewals are due.
No, Swoosh is integrated directly into the Microsoft Azure Active Directory. When you log in to Swoosh, if you are already logged into Microsoft, Swoosh knows your security credentials. Depending on your organisation’s security settings, you may be prompted by a Microsoft pop-up to validate your account, but that’s it.
Swoosh does this in order to provide you with a seamless experience, so we can deliver more value to you and ensure that your client details are secure without the need for you to remember another password.
No, within the Swoosh platform, the only information we store about you is your Microsoft user credentials to authenticate you to the platform, allow you to browse the application MarketPlace and manage the licensing for your applications.
All your other personal information stays within your Microsoft 365 tenant.
Swoosh itself is free, you can register with Swoosh and download our administration application, the “M365 Command Module” into your Microsoft 365 tenant at any time, at no cost.
The cost within Swoosh comes when you purchase applications, but don’t stress, the average cost of applications in the Swoosh Market Place is the cost of a good cup of coffee per user per year. This keeps both you and your customers costs low.
