The Azure Migrate and Modernise (AMM) program is designed to help organisations move their existing applications and workloads into the Azure cloud, by providing technical guidance, tools and financial support. When you have customers with an appetite for cloud migration and modernisation, your cloud solutions distributor should be able to advise you on how to access the AMM program.

- Scenario 3: You are confident in Azure Migrations but are dealing with a complex migration case.
Encountering a complex migration scenario can be daunting.
Crayon brings over 10 years of Azure migration experience with countless migrations and modernisations including very complex and large deployments. In addition, Crayon can also help with knowledge transfer to get your team upskilled for the next potential complex opportunity.
Each migration scenario is different but one could potentially consider key focus areas such as high availability, reliability, the disaster recovery aspects, governance, compliance etc. Crayon will help you evaluate your options and make sure that the cost is well understood.
We start off with a Migration Assessment to understand your client’s current environment and future state requirements, including budgets.
With the outcome of the assessment, we can then draft out a migration plan (SOW) to ensure alignment with business requirements. We then proceed with the migration, keeping business continuity in mind. Crayon will include you in each step of the journey.
The final step is a post-migration debrief with you to review and facilitate knowledge handover and plan for optimisation.
The Promotion commences on 2nd January 2025 and is valid until 30th November 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

2. Partners must be an existing Crayon partner in Australia or New Zealand who have Azure Advanced Specialisation status with Microsoft otherwise Crayon Professional Services must implement/migrate the Azure solution; (“Eligible Partners”)
3. Eligible Partners who submit a new migration engagement request on behalf on of an end customer for AMM between the promotion period and transact the minimum amount per offer size as specified in the funding Tiers table available at Azure Migrate & Modernise (“Eligible Purchase”) will be entitled to benefit from subsidised Azure Migration Services through Microsoft. (“Incentive”).
4. Payment will be a paid as a fixed amount based on the size of the customer project, as defined by the customer’s 1st year Azure consumption plan from deployment date. The Azure Pricing Calculator can be used to estimate Azure consumption.
5. Maximum earning cap is up to $100,000 USD/engagement converted to Australian Dollar (AUD) or New Zealand Dollar (NZD)
6. Eligible Purchases must be made prior to the end of the Promotion Period.
7. All incentives will be paid out in USD
8. Funding will be received by the Partner in the form of MCI (Microsoft Commerce Incentive) through Microsoft Partner Center.
