Rhonda leads Crayon APAC with more than two decades of experience in the information and communications technology sector. She is widely recognized as a role model for women in technology and an advocate for diversity and inclusion. Rhonda’s career is marked by her commitment to creating equal opportunities in the workplace, driving business transformation, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.
Under Rhonda’s leadership, Crayon APAC successfully integrated rhipe, EMT Distribution, and Parallo. This organisation has positioned Crayon as one of the largest distributors in the region, significantly enhancing the company’s offerings and value to its partner ecosystem.
Her results-oriented approach has been key to driving Crayon’s success in digital transformation, cost optimization, and unlocking new opportunities for businesses in the region.
Rhonda’s leadership has earned her global recognition. Prior to joining Crayon, she held senior leadership roles at Oracle and Salesforce and led two SaaS startups as Global Chief Revenue Officer, focusing on growth and shareholder value. Rhonda was a winner of the Woman in ICT Awards, Achievement category in 2022.
Warren Nolan
Senior Vice President of Channel and Strategy, APAC
Warren brings over 25 years of experience in financial and technology services to his role as Senior Vice President of Channel and Strategy at Crayon APAC. His expertise in driving partner success through collaboration and shared goals has played an important role in Crayon’s regional growth. Warren focuses on risk mitigation and profitability, ensuring that partners thrive in a competitive market.
Warren’s technical expertise spans areas from infrastructure migration to software asset management and compliance. Prior to Crayon’s acquisition of rhipe, he spent eight years as Chief Commercial Officer at rhipe, where he developed strong partner relationships and drove annuity-based business models. His background in commercial finance and business development also includes leadership roles at several of Australia’s leading finance companies.
An entrepreneur at heart, Warren’s experience in building subscription-based models and understanding the dynamics between service providers and customers have been critical to Crayon’s success. Warren is a member of the ARN Hall of Fame.
Joel Ramirez
Senior Commercial Director, APAC
Joel spearheads Crayon’s channel distribution business in the APAC region, leveraging his extensive entrepreneurial background and passion for innovation. His IT career began at 21 as an IT reseller, and by 29, he co-founded a software implementation company that went public. At 34, he was honored as Young Entrepreneur of the Year by the NSW Business Chamber. He later co-founded a SaaS company, which was acquired by KPMG in collaboration with Microsoft and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
Beyond his business acumen, Joel is dedicated to creating a thriving workplace culture. Renowned for his energy and ability to inspire, Joel is often praised for his thought leadership, creativity, and emotional intelligence. Additionally, Joel is a mental health advocate and the author of ‘Better Together’, a book focused on the importance of building strong social connections to boost well-being.
Simon Tung
General Manager, Singapore
With over 25 years of experience working in both startups and Fortune Global 100 companies, Simon has consistently surpassed sales targets and expanded businesses into new markets. His expertise in enterprise and channel sales has been central to building a strong sales pipeline and increasing revenue for Crayon Singapore.
Simon manages a team of account executives and licensing specialists, working closely with them to grow Crayon’s presence in Singapore. His approach to developing effective sales strategies and nurturing high-performing teams has played a significant role in Crayon’s growth.
Simon’s leadership is supported by a solid academic background, including an MBA from the University of Adelaide. He continues to stay ahead in his field with professional certifications such as Senior Accredited Director from the Singapore Institute of Directors and Certified Chief Information Security Officer from EC-Council, which underscore his knowledge in cybersecurity and governance.
Keith Samuel
General Manager, APAC Growth Markets
Keith is responsible for Crayon’s APAC Growth Markets (South Asia, Vietnam, Japan and Korea), bringing over 20 years of senior leadership experience in the IT industry. His expertise spans strategy, marketing, and ICT, where he has successfully guided teams across vendors, IT distributors, and systems integrators. Keith’s ability to develop new products and expand into new markets has consistently led to strong business outcomes.
Before joining Crayon, Keith was the CEO of Spusht Technologies, a cloud service provider in the Middle East. He played a pivotal role in setting up Microsoft Sri Lanka as the General Manager of the Microsoft MDP organization driving a 10X growth during the initial 3 years. Keith holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Wales, which has provided him with a strong foundation for his roles.
Colleagues often describe him as an inspiring and empathetic leader, and his innovative approach and commitment to new ideas continue to shape Crayon’s success in APAC.
Chakrit Visaltanachoti
Country Sales Manager, Thailand
With a strong background in IT infrastructure, presales, and technical sales, Dr. Chakrit has a long history of helping businesses grow and find innovative solutions. He brings over 20 years of experience from working with major technology companies like HP Software, VMware, Dell, Cisco, and IBM.
Prior to Crayon’s acquisition of rhipe, Dr. Chakrit worked as a Technical Sales Specialist at rhipe, contributing to the company’s growth in APAC. His academic background is equally impressive. He holds a Master of Science in Computer Science, a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering, and a Master of Science in Marketing. Most recently, he earned his Doctor of Industrial Education from King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang.
At Crayon, Dr. Chakrit leads sales efforts in Thailand, applying his extensive technical knowledge and experience to help customers and partners meet their goals.
Kustiawan Kusumo
Managing Director, Indonesia
Throughout his career, Kustiawan has held key leadership roles with prominent companies such as IBM, Microsoft, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where he managed sales, country operations, and partnerships. Today, he is the Country Managing Director for Crayon Indonesia, bringing over three decades of experience in the IT industry.
His expertise spans the financial services, server technology, and software sectors, making him a versatile leader. Before joining Crayon, Kustiawan founded PT. Kognitif Skema Indonesia, where he led various IT initiatives aimed at driving business success.
Now at Crayon, Kustiawan focuses on expanding the company’s presence in Indonesia and delivering solutions for customers and partners.
Harith Ramotheram
Chief Executive Officer, Malaysia & Indonesia
Harith spearheads Crayon’s business in Malaysia and Indonesia, bringing over 20 years of extensive experience in the technology and IT services sector. Misa Tovia Va'aelua
Vice President of Sales – Tech for Good, APAC
Tovia heads Crayon’s Tech for Good initiatives in APAC, with a career that spans over 20 years in the tech industry. He has held leadership roles at companies like Microsoft and rhipe, where he worked on driving social good through technology.
As Chair of Pasifika in IT, Tovia is dedicated to promoting diversity in the tech sector by creating opportunities for South Pacific minority groups. His work has shaped Crayon’s commitment to making a positive social impact through technology.
After returning to New Zealand in 2018, Tovia joined rhipe, where he quickly rose to General Manager for Australasia. His focus has always been on building sustainable and profitable businesses, and now at Crayon, he continues to align his role with his passion for creating meaningful change through technology.
