On our partners’ side. Always
The Partner Advisory Committee (PAC) is a dedicated program that brings service providers together with the executive leadership of Crayon’s APAC channel organisation to discuss the state of play in our industry.
By sharing knowledge, the PAC aims to identify and act on opportunities to enhance the experience of all partners working with Crayon in Asia Pacific.
PAC Focus Areas
Shared Learning
Gain deeper insight and understanding of partner experiences in working with the Crayon Channel team. Provide opportunities for PAC members to gain deeper insight and understanding of our operational environment.
Industry Reviews
Frank and fearless exchange of views on industry issues, vendor strategies, market trends, operational challenges, and other matters that influence partner business growth and success.
Project Identification
Identify opportunities to enhance business services and improve the partner experience. Develop these into appropriate internal projects and programs to add value to the wider partner ecosystem.
Knowledge Sharing
Create formal and informal opportunities for partners across the region to tap into the collective experience, acumen, and technical know-how of sitting PAC members.
The PAC Program ensures the voice of our partner community is clearly heard through the business, and that we are accountable for listening and acting on what we learn.
