We are continuing to focus on synergies and improvements of company systems and have defined a dual platform operations roadmap for the next 12 months, to minimise disruptions to partners. Existing partners will remain on their current platforms pending the release of an integrated platform offering.
New partners in Australia and New Zealand will be onboarded to PRISM. Those signing up from Southeast Asia and North Asia will be onboarded to Cloud-iQ.
Change of platform can be considered for partners when they require a vendor that is not yet available on the platform defined for their geographic location.
Crayon’s plan is for one combined platform covering all regions and all markets. Today we have both PRISM and Cloud-iQ with many shared vendors across both platforms. As we continue combining these two platforms’ capabilities over the next 12 to 18 months for our customers, we will continue to consolidate our vendors and vendor programs as well.
