Current member in the Microsoft Service Provider Licensing Agreement (SPLA) program
Agree to utilise Citrix products in an off-site, multi-tenant environment
Submit monthly point of sale (POS) reports on time to a designated Citrix Service Provider distributor
Maintain a minimum of two Citrix CCA certifications for each Citrix product deployed
Employ Citrix Usage Collector on all license servers that use Citrix Service Provider licensing
Allow Citrix the right to audit and access the facility to ensure reporting compliance.
Citrix Service Providers are responsible for all technical support to their end-user customers. Many service providers find it helpful to purchase a Citrix technical support contract for Citrix authorised technical support. Note: Citrix Service Providers reporting more than $300 USD per month over a three-month period earn the benefit of no-charge Citrix technical support, delivered 24×7 via phone and web. Current Citrix Service Provider partners renewing their two-year program agreement, but not reporting $300 USD per month, will be required to purchase a Citrix technical support agreement as part of the registration process.
Note: existing Citrix Solution Advisor (CSA) technical support contracts may not be used to support Citrix Service Provider technologies.
