Get unlimited dial-in capabilities with $0 Microsoft Teams Audio Conferencing with dial-out to USA/CAN SKU
In August 2021 Microsoft announced that they would be adding unlimited dial-in capabilities for Microsoft Teams meetings for eligible Microsoft 365 products.
Previously, partners could only get Microsoft 365 audio conferencing free with promotion applied to the audio conferencing add-on subscription, which your customer will be charged the full price when the promo subscription renew.
You can now get unlimited dial-in for your customers by adding Microsoft Teams Audio Conferencing with dial-out to USA/CAN (Product ID: CFQ7TTC0JXCZ, RRP US$0) in PRISM. If your customer is on legacy CSP subscription, they can add the product as an add-on under their eligible legacy CSP subscription.
Note that unlike the paid M365 Audio Conferencing SKU, THIS $0 SKU DOES NOT include 60 dial-out minutes per user, per month. If your user requires dial-out minutes, please continue to purchase the paid Microsoft 365 Audio Conferencing SKU.

- Click Subscription Management
- Select Customer tab

- If your customer is currently on NCE,
- Add the zero dollar Microsoft Teams Audio Conferencing with dial-out to USA/CAN (Product ID: CFQ7TTC0JXCZ, RRP US$0)
- Turn off auto-renewal of your existing Microsoft 365 Audio Conferencing subscriptions, regardless of whether they are on monthly commitment or annual commitment (or you can choose to cancel the subscription if it is within 7 days from the subscription creation or renewal date).
Note: It is recommended that you perform step 6/7 on a test tenant first, before replacing the Microsoft 365 Audio conferencing subscriptions for all your customers. Again do not move to this $0 SKU if your customer requires dial-out minutes.
